It is the full expression of the Venegazzù territory, in the Alta Marca Trevigiana, north of Venice. Created in the 1950s as a result of the finest selection of grapes from the estate, it has always been an original vanguard in the interpretation of the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, where the beautiful freshness of Venegazzù's iron-rich soils brings a natural elegance.

Since 1978 Loredan Gasparini has been offering an Asolo Prosecco Superiore that is considered high in quality, not just because of its DOCG appellation, but also because of its winemaking process and its commitment to fundamental values.

We seek to ensure a standard of quality that is very high, which allows the wine to obtain a Superior level. Some requirements that we feel are important to reach a high quality standard, which therefore helps distinguish our Asolo Prosecco as an authentic expression of our terroir and our values are: grapes solely sourced from our estate vineyards, produced with sustainable farming methods from an iron-rich soil called “Ferreto”, native yeasts fermentation, selected from our grapes. Slow and low temperature fermentation, to preserve the elegance. All this adds up to Superior quality!

Crafted from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes grown on our hillside vineyards, this wine expresses the purest essence of the fruit. Only 50% of the initial harvest is used as free-run juice, ensuring finesse and character right from the start. Produced since the 1970s, it follows the tradition of French winemaking, with a gentle secondary fermentation and extended ageing on the lees. The result is what we like to call an “honest” Classic Method: refined, authentic, and offering remarkable value.

This selection comes from a small plot of only 0.97 hectares planted in 1980 on the Montello hill (50km north of Venice) in the Prosecco Superiore area. Tasso is our only Glera vineyard that has been planted to touch up (North-South) and thanks to this particular exposure manages to develop a structure and aromas that we do not easily find in other vineyards in our area. The sparkling wine is done with the Martinotti Method very long, at least 180 days of autoclave and always with the use of our indigenous yeasts that allow an extraordinary link between wine and territory

Traditional infusion of aromatic herbs, spices and in particular Red Radicchio, which gives a note and a completely original character and is typical of our areas. The aroma is medium intense, with evident notes of rhubarb, ginseng and hints of citrus. On the palate, on the other hand, it is soft and balanced and the sensations of rhubarb and ginseng are always found, after the aftertaste the citrus note is felt

Gin G was born from the passion of our founder Giancarlo for Isabella grapes, also known as Strawberry Grapes, which we grow on our land in Volpago del Montello. Together with juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, a touch of licorice and other spices, these are the original botanicals of our Dry Gin.

Cortese Pure Tonic contains natural quinine extracted from South American cinchona bark. This beverage has a unique history that dates back to the 18th century, when quinine water was used as a prophylactic measure against malaria in the colonized regions of India and Africa. Because of its intense bitter taste, soldiers began mixing it with other aromatic drinks—like gin—to make it more palatable. 

Cortese Pure Tonic is a well-balanced drink with a pleasant, bitter aftertaste. Refreshing on its own, it is classified by experts as a neutral tonic, making it the perfect match for any type of gin.

Aged in the barriques of the same wine for sixty months, it acquires the peculiar dark amber color with coppery reflections. Hints markedly spicy from cocoa, leather, licorice and red fruit such as cherry and black currant, give the palate the softness and elegance that only long aging offers. It is completed with the clean aftertaste of oak, which confirms the olfactory sensations. Excellent accompaniment with a delicate cigar and dark chocolate.

The label artworks were created in 1967 by the Italian artist Tono Zancanaro (1960–1985) and are titled “Des Roses pour Madame” and “…et pour Monsieur la Bombe”.

We can definitely say that 2024 is one of the best vintages we have ever produced of Friulano, which expresses itself with truly original and unique characteristics on the hills of Blanchis. In fact, it was naturally affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), which created an extraordinary complexity that is hard to replicate elsewhere.

A wine of great depth and complexity, yet easy to drink, as it shows great finesse and elegance.

Ribolla Gialla is an indigenous grape variety from Friuli, and the grapes were selected precisely from the most suitable area, where Ribolla can express remarkable freshness and complexity—qualities that only the limestone soil of this region (known as "ponca") can provide. A fresh and light wine, with aromas of acacia and woodland, it pairs well with all kinds of soups, creams, veloutés, and especially fish dishes.

These wines feature polychromatic and stylized label designs by Franz Lenhart, one of the leading figures in early 20th-century Italian advertising poster art. His illustrations depict Cortina and the Belluno Dolomites. The labels pay tribute to the posters collected over seventy years by Ferdinando Salce, who later donated the most extensive collection of advertising graphics in Italy to the State. Today, this collection is exhibited at the Museo Nazionale Collezione Salce in Treviso.
