RIBOLLA GIALLA

Ribolla Gialla is an indigenous grape variety from Friuli, and the grapes were selected precisely from the most suitable area, where Ribolla can express remarkable freshness and complexity—qualities that only the limestone soil of this region (known as "ponca") can provide. A fresh and light wine, with aromas of acacia and woodland, it pairs well with all kinds of soups, creams, veloutés, and especially fish dishes.
