VENEGAZZÙ 2019

It is the full expression of the Venegazzù territory, in the Alta Marca Trevigiana, north of Venice. Created in the 1950s as a result of the finest selection of grapes from the estate, it has always been an original vanguard in the interpretation of the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, where the beautiful freshness of Venegazzù's iron-rich soils brings a natural elegance.

This precious selection, created in 1964, was often used during official events in the city of Venice and counts among its admirers various Heads of State, to whom it owes its name. It originates from a selection of grapes, particularly those from an old vineyard planted in 1946, known as "100 Piante," where rare ancient clones and the red soils of Venegazzù create an extraordinary combination.
