DOC MONTELLO VENEGAZZÙ SUPERIORE
THE STORY OF THE "Lui e Lei" LABEL
A limited edition of the famous Capo di Stato wine by Loredan Gasparini, featuring two bottles that represent the dual masculine and feminine soul of the grape that becomes wine — a “she” and a “he” fused into the same essence. The label artworks were created in 1967 by the Italian artist Tono Zancanaro (1960–1985) and are titled “Des Roses pour Madame” and “…et pour Monsieur la Bombe”.
THE WINE
This precious selection, first produced in 1964, was often used for official occasions in the city of Venice, and counts among its admirers several Heads of State, to whom it owes its name.
It is made from a selection of grapes, in particular those from an old vineyard planted in 1946, known as “100 Piante” (“100 Plants”), where rare ancient clones and the red soils of Venegazzù create an extraordinary combination.

COLLECTIBLE WINES VENICE
VENEGAZZU' MONTELLO ASOLO DOC
A Venegazzù wine enclosed in a limited-edition case.
The labels of this wine pay tribute to the posters collected over seventy years by Ferdinando Salce, who later donated to the State the most extensive collection of advertising graphics in Italy, now on display at the Museo Nazionale Collezione Salce in Treviso.
Venegazzù represents the history of Italian winemaking. It is a specific type of wine that originates from a small area at the foot of Montello, in the northern part of the Treviso province. A red wine of remarkable freshness and finesse, which—despite its 70-year legacy—still presents itself today as a thoroughly modern and innovative wine, far from heavy concentrations and clichés: a true expression of its terroir.
