Traditional infusion of aromatic herbs, spices and in particular Red Radicchio, which gives a note and a completely original character and is typical of our areas. The aroma is medium intense, with evident notes of rhubarb, ginseng and hints of citrus. On the palate, on the other hand, it is soft and balanced and the sensations of rhubarb and ginseng are always found, after the aftertaste the citrus note is felt 

Aged in the barriques of the same wine for sixty months, it acquires the peculiar dark amber color with coppery reflections. Hints markedly spicy from cocoa, leather, licorice and red fruit such as cherry and black currant, give the palate the softness and elegance that only long aging offers. It is completed with the clean aftertaste of oak, which confirms the olfactory sensations. Excellent accompaniment with a delicate cigar and dark chocolate.
